Client Notes by LinkedPhone is a dialog box that automatically appears on your smartphone when receiving an incoming call. The dialog box displays information about the caller, including, caller name, menu option, last time they called, and your Client Notes on any prior conversation. Imagine the time saved when your team members don’t have to spend the first few minutes of the call getting customers to spell out their last names and repeat the previous conversation to a new team member answering the call.
